Yes, we can ship to both residential and hotel addresses, provided that personal mattress delivery is allowed by the hotel and the hotel is within the 48 contiguous United States. It is required that you obtain permission from your supervisor before placing your order. We cannot deliver mattresses or foundations to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses, and/or other US Territories at this time. We are required by state law to collect a Recycle Fee for all orders shipped to California, Connecticut and Rhode Island. The fee is mandated for all new mattresses and foundations, regardless of whether you plan to dispose of an old mattress upon delivery. For more details, visit the Mattress Recycling Council
Each of our hotel partners has a unique build to their mattress models. Because our hotel mattresses have unique construction, materials, and innerspring units, there is no comparable retail model to the hospitality models available to employees.
Hospitality models are not available in stores or online. The only place to see or try one of the hospitality models available to employees is at a partnering Marriott hotel that uses the particular mattress in which you are interested.
No, products are for corporate partner personal use only. Friends/family cannot order a bed using your employee discount. These mattresses are not for use as gifts, for resale, and/or for online auctions.
After payment is received, each product is produced specifically for you – made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
At this time, we unfortunately cannot offer expedited or rush methods of delivery. Our carrier services have varying delivery windows that currently do not allow us to rush shipping.
